Yes I know of at least one person who had an account closed. Was at the time when they only done the weekend and they were on little cards inside the papers at the time you could ring a number saying it was missing this persons account was closed for saying had number missing too many times. No discussion the account was just closed with no notice except an email sent after the fact:(

They have since tightened up how you get the codes and now can only request one a week think partly down to massive abuse when scheme originally started BUT if they had the power then they still have the power now to shut accounts with no warning if they feel it is being abused. For that reason everyone needs to be on guard for false codes being offered here as it will be their accounts put at risk if used.

Also they now keep a record on your account of numbers entered etc
