Ayrshire guy, if you log in to the website there should be a 'code is missing' option to select, and a multiple choice question relating to today's paper that you can look up. Get it right and the points are added.

Did you enter the correct number of codes - you had to buy 6 papers between 25 and 31 January and one code had to be from the Sunday paper?

Where does the box for the lottery number appear after when you enter the 5 numbers in??

I entered at least 5 numbers from Saturday 25th Jan onwards, but no box ever appeared for me to type my number in! I did have to answer a question for one of my codes though, as it had already been entered, surely this shouldnt make any difference still!?

Doubt you would have missed the message that comes up after entering the necessary number of codes and the place to enter your lottery numbers was underneath.
Suggest you contact DM to check if having to use the question option has been the problem.
