Anyone know an email contact for Mail Rewards customer service. our Saturday paper had no number but as we had another paper in last 7 days also with a missing number they request phoning their customer service to sort it out (too many abusing the system) - but the cost of the phone call will wipe out the benefit of the 100 points so I'm not going to do that.

Frustrating they reckon missing numbers are rare, we have them every week, one week we had 3 papers, it's not the odd paper, it's the whole batch in the supermarket, on one occasion we checked a few placing in town and they were the same all missing numbers.

    Taking this too seriously :rotfl:

Just use ' contact us' within 'Mail Rewards' site clicking on New msg. Always responded quite quickly when ever I've got in touch.
