I got that as well since this morning:( It seems the site has difficulty to register the code in my account after verifying it.

Update on this: Sunday code works fine - but Saturday code still gets "Internal Error - we know the problem" etc :(

Has anyone resolved the access problem for entering numbers?

I have tried over and over since yesterday afternoon to enter my Saturday numbers and after doing so keep getting the Internal Error message saying the engineers know about the problem and are trying to fix it.

Yet people on here are saying they can enter numbers.

Do you think it has anything to do with using different computers or has the Mail confirmed there is a problem?

I have sent them a PM to ask. Has anyone had an answer from the paper on this?

BTW, just to add, Sundays numbers went in fine (as someone else said earlier) but the error message is still coming up every time I try to enter Saturdays.

Worked out it was a problem with the numbers for Saturday. I decided to put in the answer of what was on the back page and I got the points with no problem. As you say, today's code was fine.
