Just entered nos. for today and received an extra 100 points said "for entering loyal reader offer".

Anyone else had this as I haven't done anything this week other than enter nos. each day?

My daughter didn't get the offer when she entered nos. today.

Presuming you and your daughter have entered codes with very similar if not identical regularity, then maybe you have done something "additional" ?

After all this suggests you have "entered an offer" of some sort, doesn't it ?

Otherwise wouldn't it say something more like:

You have earned an additional 100 Mail Points by BEING A loyal Rewards Club member

OR

You have earned an additional 100 Mail Points by qualifying as a loyal reader.

So any idea what you might have done ?
