    Have you redeemed it yet? I found it difficult to find how to do this. Under the bank balance there is a promotion button click that and then click promotions you have qualified for and you can redeem it there. HTH.

    Make sure you look at your emails after you complete your application as you get another email in which there is a link to activate your account.

    No email as yet, also contacted them but no answer either

    Just checked 'junk', an email arrived this morning, so activated now

    Second email says 'Please visit https://www.hi-life.co.uk to activate your card. You will then have access to all our great member benefits and can start planning some great meals out!
