I'm so not doing this again! tried entering last weeks codes to get a message that I had missed too many numbers and needed to either downgrade to silver or restart for gold, I figured it was a glitch as I'd only missed one and was entering saturdays number but rather than phone the contact number I reset. So seeing my numbers had disappeared I panicked and phone the number to be told the supervisor wasn't there and they would email the following day. No surprise at no email so emailed them again no response so I entered my Saturday & Sunday code as it was now wednesday, considering buying the paper today reminded me of this so I called them to be told I should have called on the day! I said I had and explained what had been said to be told there was nothing she could do and if I had selected down grade to silver they would have been able to help.

OK my own stupid fault for clicking restart but this was really unhelpful and reading about how long it takes for the vouchers to come through I'm no longer purchasing them unless there is an actual voucher in the paper itself the I will offer the weekend code here.

Yep, me. Owed 2 Tesco rewards. One from 4th July, one from 25th July. Rang last Monday, told would re-issue 4th July one and the 25th July one was being sent that day (8th Aug!!!!)... Still nothing arrived, rang friday and was told it takes 14days to re-issue a reward and I need to leave it another week before calling again if not arrived.... Really hacked off now...:mad:
