I bought a paper from WHSmith and did not realise until after I had bought the paper that there were no numbers printed at the back of the paper for Thursday 22nd November. Does anyone have the answer to today's question please below

On the first page of coffee break in the '30 Second Challenge' what is the first number in the Beginner line? The choices of answers are either 5, 22 or 14. If anyone can help I would be grateful. Thanks
