Recieved my first tesco voucher quickly but waiting on morisons and pizza express, Had 2 emails to say morrisons was out of stock and then apparently its been despatched twice and not even had the despatched email for pizza express. Anyone else having problems with morrisons and pizza express vouchers?

Starting to think is it worth bothering collecting any more

A neighbour is still waiting for two Morrisons vouchers despite two emails saying that they have been dispatched.

For the first £5 Morrisons she received an email saying that there is a delay in sending your Reward to you because we're currently out of stock of this item.
Your Reward will be therefore being sent out and delivered to you - week commencing 25th July.
If you have not received your Reward by July 29th please contact our dedicated helpline.

Still not got it and it's a week after the 29th. And the second £5 Morrisons voucher not yet arrived either.

This so called "reward" scheme has gone ti.ts up to put it mildly. They obviously didn't expect the huge demand that has happened and can't cope with the number of vouchers that are being claimed and need to be sent. I fail to see how they can say they are out of stock for a voucher , they are pieces of plastic card and can be printed in 1 second.
A lot of people have received 2 or 3 vouchers when they only entered codes for the first one and even more people have received absolutely nothing despite entering enough codes for 2 or 3 different vouchers. They obviously are totally incompetent at organising the admin system needed to handle this and have been making mistake after mistake until the whole situation is now in utter chaos and they don't know who they have sent cards to and who has not been sent cards.
I am collecting for my 4th voucher now but have only received the introductory voucher and that was after 3 phone calls and 6 emails. I was told the second voucher was sent out 3 weeks ago - didn't come and now they have been ignoring all emails for the past 7 days.A head office decision has obviously been taken and passed down the line telling staff to ignore all emails complaining baout the non delivery of cards.
Something is seriously wrong and the whole set up is collapsing into farce , meanwhile Mail circulation figures would be going through the roof. I'm amazed that their rivals The Daily Express haven't picked up on this shambles and run a story about what a huge con and scam it all is. At the very least I would hope that some people on here can contact watchdog like I did - the more that do so the better chance you have of getting the story covered when they are next on air.

I'm in this situation regarding Morrisons - received exact same update email on 15 July about being out of stock and told to contact them if not received by 29th. But I then received a follow up on 27th saying that Reward was on its way, but could take up to 14 days, so I suppose just need to hang on a bit longer yet!

At least they have kept me informed.....

I'm still waiting for my first Tesco voucher apparently they are out of stock? my second voucher for Morrisons came through very quickly still waiting for my Third Voucher which is for Morrisons but its only been a week. Do you think i will ever get my Tescos voucher?

wheels28 my mum is still waiting for the first tesco reward and they eventually emailed her back a couple of days ago. Apparently they were hoping to have sent them out at the end of last week so should receive it sometime next week. I am remaining optimistic but must say its fading fast

Exactly the same story for me aswell, Im giving up collecting them now till i see my vouchers arrive or probably not :mad:

I've been waiting ages for my Morrisons vouchers. Had the email saying they were "out of stock", also an email saying the first one had been despatched on 27 July. As for the second one, that was requested over a week ago and haven't yet been told it has been despatched. So far I've received nothing apart from the initial Tesco voucher. I think it's a big con to be quite honest. Has anyone actually received anything other than the Tesco voucher?
