I haven't read through much of this thread, because of it's size, but is it worth me joining the club, and paying out for a newspaper I would not normally get. i.e. what are the main benefits.

The short answer is no. Last year when it started it was worth collecting the rewards as you only needed to spend £9.20 on papers to get the reward. However, they have not increased that to £14.40 to get 1,500 points to get your reward. So before you could get a two course lunch for £9.20 this has now increased to £24. I am not my last collection than I think I'm going to leave the rewards club. If you don't buy it now don't bother.0 -
