No :wall::wall::wall:
Do you ever buy the paper at the weekend any more?0 -
I must admit it makes me laugh as it's the same people asking every week for a code! People seem to just buy the Saturday paper and then expect people to give them a Sunday code. I did ask yesterday, and still need a Sunday code, but I was ill and I can miss a couple of codes without losing my collection. The ones that amuse me the most are the people asking for both codes! Just my thoughts anyway!0

And there are increasing numbers offering to swap a Saturday code for a Sunday, I guess in true MSE style £1.90 is cheaper than £2.40!
Adds up to a tidy sum over the year.0 -
Hi
Does anyone have a Spare Sunday code?
I have a spare Saturday code to swap for it.
Please PM.
Thanks in advance.0 -
Also since this promotion began just over a year ago I have only asked for codes on 6 occasions when I have not been able to get to the shops or they have ran out. I have only ever asked for a code if it is going to affect me getting my reward and I have used all my chances to miss a code. I do try and give other MSE members codes when I have them available to me as well I do not just take.0

I'm not sure exactly how many codes I've asked for on this thread (or others) or requested directly by PM from those offering them, but I guess it's in the region of 30 to 40 altogether.
What I do know is the number I've given out130
63 Saturdays - the 1st last June 18th
67 Sundays - the last 3 for May 27th 2012
Think I'm credit worthy

In fact I've just given Quoia my first ever spare code and he can save it up for Wednesday night or give it to whoever he likes, since this promotion started I've never had a spare before now so best to leave it to the expert.
The general Jubilee might also explain the low numbers of the Sundays. If the Co-op is your local store some of them have changed hours and now open at 6am depending on size. I could leave it until 5 to get a Sunday paper before that change and now they're selling out at lunchtime. So aside from being able to miss 4 codes and get one direct online, the only solution is to get out early just for the paper if you want to stay in the club.
Even after you get the codes you still have to put up with the reward being delayed or going walkies in the post, as is happening now :mad: - personally I think they should actually do something to automate Tesco's gift card credit just like they did with the Love2Shop voucher.0
