Well i've just been told that the reward i've been saving for (Midsomer Murders 4 episode set) is no longer available.

It's still showing next to my codes but as it dissapeared from the Rewards page I emailed them.

However I am not going to change my reward as their system is still not telling me I can't have it, there may be a slim chance one will turn up!

I have to say I am really dissaponted.

Keep complaining, they moved quickly enough to fix the Zavvi disaster and despite being slow to reply, do seem to sort issues out eventually, at least they did for me, pre-Xmas.

Looks like a big weekend of completed rewards if more people need Sunday codes than Saturday. Reward wise I've given up, a fiver off my shopping or a cinema ticket is what I'm sticking with now, as they seem to arrive the most quickly. I've got to flip a coin over whether I keep collecting whilst I wait for the reward now, so I'll see how I feel this weekend.

Maybe it is me being cynical/suspicious but there is always a need for Sunday codes because I think that people buy the Saturday paper which is cheaper and get 2 of the codes, so have one spare to swap for a Sunday and only need to buy one paper.;)

The pizza Express tokens have always arrived within a week/10 days. I have had 4 now and never waited.

Have you had an email from DM specifically saying YOU can't have it ?

Or just that it's "no longer" available to order ?

It's just that after the rewards had been running for a few months a NEW £10 Sports Direct voucher became available as a "normal 7 from 8" GOLD reward. I preselected one of these but before I had 7 codes to redeem it they had been downgraded to just £5 on the rewards page.

BUT I still had the £10 version showing alongside my codes and when I went to order it, it said I had ordered a £10 one and indeed a £10 Sports Direct card arrived.

So you may still have it reserved
