There's going to be a lot of phone calls to the DM/disappointed people who bought their copy in my local ASDA ......

Picked one up and checked it - NO CODE - put it back tried the next - NOPE - and the next etc. etc.

.... tried two from way down the pile - still NONE, one from almost the bottom - NADA

Counted up how many I'd checked as I stacked them all neatly back up from whence I removed them

TWENTY TWO - guessing not a single copy of the 100 or so had the card inside - inserting machine obviously ran out or developed a fault on this batch :rotfl:

    Got mine elsewhere.

Same at Morrisons today. I got there when it opened and there was only about 3 in the whole stack.

Is anyone else glad of the break next week? I'm tempted to only start collecting whenever the previous award finally turns up, and save both money and hassle chasing them up. Week-in week-out the DM must be raking in loads if the rewards are taking up to two months to get sent.

I think what 3010 said is the first time you know there was a printing mess-up, because nobody could have stood there and nicked that many cards in one go. My rellie got hers from Tesco but (thanks to the Delia kit, probably) it was down to just a few copies.

If you've not missed a code (Gold Reward) thus far then you don't need one today, just get a copy tomorrow.

Funny you should say that about missing code Quoia, got ours from local One Stop and no card in there (Mum always forgets to check before buying lol), first time in all the many months we've been collecting there wasn't a card. Got through on the phone no problem though and it's my turn to pick a reward as Mum finished hers last weekend :j As I buy the Sat paper and she buys Sun.

If you are ringing the Mail don't forget it is only Monday and Tuesday you can ring for the code even though the last day for entering it is Wed night.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    OMG

:eek:Finished work, went to nearest shop that sells papers (a Coop) and was very surprised to find two huge piles of Daily Mails, normally Im lucky if they have one left. Flicked through papers to check they had a card in. None to be found, so read page in magazine where code normally is and I thought it said they were having a two break because of Christmas so left Mail and bought the Express instead:eek:

I previously missed a code so need Saturdays code, if anyone can help would really appreaciate it
