I've had trouble entering my codes l eventually got it to work after.....

selecting my next reward (which will be my second one, first one arrived ok)
Tried to enter SUNDAYS number wouldn't work
Entered saturdays number instead, got a screen saying number invalid, did l have Saturdays number? I said NO
Then it let me put SUNDAYS in and accepted it.

Not very good but eventually got it sorted. :cool:

Does anybody have a spare code for Saturday 2nd July. I've been trying friends and family without success so this is my only other option. Many thanks in advance if you can possibly help

Like others who have posted here I have so far been unable to input my final number from the Mail on Sunday of 3rd July but so far all representations to the Mail have been ignored.

However, having claimed the latest reward as suggested above, the input area is no longer greyed out but it still won't let me input the number from last Sunday's paper. It is saying that I must first input Saturday's number - which I had already done successfully yesterday - and when I follow that instruction it says that the number input for Saturday is not valid! What is more is that the deadline for inputting the next number has been extended by one week until 13th July 2011!

This is beginning to seem all to good to be true, which is how I view newspaper offers in general, and especially because I have yet to receive the first reward (a £5 Tesco voucher) which was supposed to be issued for simply joining the Reward Club and inputting the first week's numbers.

Hence I am not terribly impressed so far. Perhaps we should all write to the Daily Express's Crusader column to take issue with this fiasco from their main rival?

Many thanks for the code Frank, but when I try to enter it I'm told that the number is invalid. I've noticed that several others seem to have had similar problems. I'll keep trying

My card was missing on Saturday's paper and I have been trying ever since to contact them by phone. At 5p a minute, it's a dear business going round and round in unanswered circles. It connects, but no matter which option number you then press, it just keeps repeating the tape.

I've now entered Sunday's code, so I didn't time out on that. But I presume this now means I can't get higher up the rewards ladder, and I've spent so long on the phone, I'm not sure how much profit I'll have made!

Anyone out there remember the Daily Express Free Cruise disaster??

Hi - I have been entering the codes for my father, and have entered 7 out of 8 because that is how many were needed for the reward.

I already have a £5 Tesco card from the first two weeks codes so another £5 card will now be sent.

As I had entered 7 codes Sundays was not needed to qualify and the process starts again next weekend, that is why my account is showing that the codes should be entered by 13th July (not that this week has been extended)

This is my understanding of it anyway ! David I suspect the code has already been entered by someone else :eek:

Just checked it. Definitely it's the right number. And it's for Saturday July 2nd so it should still be in time.
