Was it one of the participating stores that said that? If that's the case then it means not getting the penny change from something that costs £19.99. At least I know if there's a next time and I'll head back to Tesco.

thats rubbish, i used mine the other day on £50 worth of clothes, you have to pay the difference first i.e if you spend £50 you have pay £30 cash or card and THEN use your gift voucher for the remaining £20

you cant however use more then one in one transaction
