Bought saturdays paper, card missing grrr..... tried ringing the number all day yesterday and again this morning... rings and rings and then cuts off...... rang missing supplement line in the end, very abrupt man said "could not help, need to keep trying other number". Not very impressed, anyone else having problems with missing cards/trying to get through by phone??

Is anyone having problems entering today's code? I keep trying but the page doesn't seem to be working. I've tried on two different browsers.

Edit: it only let me enter the new numbers after I'd redeemed my second reward, then it asked me for Saturday's number again and wouldn't accept it. Weird.

It seems it only actually wants Saturday's code then you can order your reward. I ordered mine and then tried Sunday''s code and it wont take it. You just seem to start again for the next reward next weekend. HTH

If anybody has a spare code from yesterday I would be most grateful. Got a paper ok this morning but they had sold out in the local shops yesterday by the time I got there.

    Thanks in advance, Sandra :D

Had the very same problem myself tried to imput Sundays number after redeeming my second £5 only to be told I must put them in date order. Decided to press continue button and was then allowed to enter Sunday's 3rd July number. Noticed someone earlier had complained of missing card in yesterdays Daily Mail supplement I too had this problem and rang the givern number and got through with no trouble I was asked a security question and was given a nuber to enter. One needs to be careful how long your on the phone as the calls cost 5p per minute on BT line and more if your on a mobile.:T
