Sometimes The Mail just makes me want to cry - had tos end them this today ( You'll get the general idea of the problem )

Once again the unique number inside my magazine has been stolen or not included. I have chosen the "my account" option to report this because when you select the option for missing cards from the pull down menu, it conveniently directs you to a telephone number which is no longer in use. This answering machine then directs you to another telephone number 08442 439439 which gives you the option of selecting whether you have a missing card before conveniently disconnecting you with the message "the other person has cleared" after you press the correct option . This has happened seven times so far today.

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to select a silver award - rather than waiting until they tell you you haven't got enough codes for a gold ?

When I click on my Available Awards page at the moment it only shows gold awards . The silver ones only show when I look at the main awards page - but there is no option for me to select a silver award. I'm going on holiday soon and will only have 5 codes entered so would like to select a P/Express £5 silver award - need to do it before I go as I expect it will be too late by the time I get back home and they will have zero'd my account.
