Has anybody been waiting a month for a voucher? I ordered a Morrisons voucher on 21st September, I got an email on 28th saying that there was a delay and it would be with me within 10 days.

Just want to check if others are in the same situation or just me and I need to chase them.

Yes, I'm still waiting for a voucher - these delays seem to be happening whether or not you've switched over to the Christmas collections. The Mail is useless and have done nothing but apologise, I've written to Zavvi customer service quoting the Daily Mail's reference number and asked them to chase it up.

So you're best off approaching Morrison's itself, head to their website and try any of the numbers there or register on their site and see if there's any more info.

If it's not sorted by the time the Christmas voucher comes along then I have to question whether it's worth it.

A neighbour order the Morrisons voucher on the 13th September and is still waiting. Also got the email on the 21st September about the delay and 10 working days.

Makes you wonder who is holding up the distribution. DM, company distributing them, or Morrisons. Also makes you wonder if there is a cashflow problem.

Same for me, the annoying thing is I didn't even want the Morrison's one but the £5 Tesco one disappeared for a while. I've emailed them but haven't heard anything.

Tesco £5 one disappeared whilst they were doing the £15 Christmas one. As soon as it was too late to collect fro the Christmas £15 one, thye put the £5 one back on. But to be honest, the Tesco one took longer than the Morrisons' one, which is why a load of people switched, because it was quicker.

Over the months I got enough codes for 3 of the £5 tesco gift cards from the Mail offer, today I went to spend them but one of them the checkout girl couldn't get the till to accept, she couldn't give me a reason but with my receipt was handed another part (she kept all the cards) which said 'the following gift card cannot be used' 'if you have queries about this please call our customer service'

Will probable call them over the weekend but I'm abit myth-ed that no reason was given :mad: think next time I'll stick with a Morrisons voucher

Someone had a problem with a Tesco card earlier. They were told that the card wasn't activated. I don't know why Tesco don't just give you a voucher instead of the plastic card.

I'm going to take my Tesco ones to customer services and get them check before I try to use them.
