Don't bother - got ours and the £5 card had NOT been activated by Daily Mail which caused much embarrassment when presenting the card at tescos. Calling the number at the back gets through to a very faint voice who says this is the wrong number to call and gives you another number. You call that and get trapped in a voicemail loop where pressing any number returns you to the same message.
Ended up throwing the card in the bin. Completely useless"Excellent !!"0 -
Has anyone got the freephone or a non 0844 no for the rewards please. I know there is one as I used it a few weeks ago but have lost it.
I have lost it and was just about to input my codes and found they aren't in the magazines. It hasn't even been nicked, it just wasn't there. Serves me right for getting it delivered ratehr than picking it up and checking myself:o:oBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I've been waiting 4 weeks for my last voucher and I've claimed my next voucher last Sunday so now waiting for 2 Pizza Express vouchers. I contacted them via the Daily Mail Rewards website on 25 September to ask about my voucher from 4 weeks ago and they replied: "Thank you for contacting the Mail Rewards Club.
We are very sorry for the delay in replying to your recent e-mail. Due to a technical issue we have received an increased volume of e-mails which we are trying to respond to as quickly as possible. We are working through all e-mails in chronological order and you should receive a reply shortly. Please note that if your e-mail is regarding any of the below reasons, then please call our customer service team on 0844 855 4504 and we can resolve your query over the phone.

• Site help
• Unable to enter your unique numbers
• Missing unique numbers

That's from 25 September when I sent my message to them and still no reply. You would think for the amount of people collecting the vouchers that they would have enough people working in this department.

Hi - Yes I read that it was for the Chistmas Rewards Club but just thought "How are they going to manage to get all the Christmas rewards out early when they are not even getting this first one running smoothly". I wouldn't have thought that I would still be waiting for my last reward when I was claiming my next one. If it's 2 different departments then maybe the Christmas one might get the rewards sent out. I hope so for those who have joined that one.
