  • Hiya

I have been collecting the Daily Mail rewards since they started and apart from the Downton Abbey DVD taking about 3 weeks haven't had any trouble with rewards arriving in a timely manner. That is until I ordered the £10 Sports Direct voucher. I ordered it on 27th August and still haven't received it. I had a look through this thread to see if anyone else was having problems and I noticed people complaining that they hadn't received theirs either. I was just wondering if anyone has actually received one yet. Thanks in advance :)

Is there a time limit on how long you take to save for these vouchers? I'd been saving towards a £5 Tesco voucher and was just two codes short of getting it, but my DH has been away for a few weeks, so I haven't bothered buying the papers at the weekend. I didn't think this would be a problem, but the Daily Mail must have thought that I'd given up because sent me a 'general' £2.50 voucher for BHS/HMV/boots etc. I'm happy enough with my free £2.50, but just be aware that you need to add codes regularly or you'll miss out on getting the larger value vouchers.

you need 5 out of 8 codes to get anything.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

on your account - they give you the 8 dates in which you must collect and record your voucher codes. If you only collect so many within the 8 dates, ie 3, then you cannot carry the codes over to the next 8 dates. They will just be lost or as you found they sent you something. It is in the T&C.
