I rang today and the man on the phone wasn't very apologetic and didn't seem to be able to tell me anything except keep on waiting! Not very impressed and looks like another weekend of buying the papers!
The guy was trying to be helpful and he took all my details - woucher number , address etc and said that he was chasing several of these up. He kept saying ' you've paid for a product and you will certaily get what you paid for' but it was all a bit vague. Trouble is, I'm going on holiday tomorrow and am away again in October and again at the end of November. If they DO have exact dates on them - or are delayed much longer - I won't be able to use the whole 12 weeks worth. I don't mind missing a few but this is becoming a bit daft.
They were quick enough to take the money out of my account!ELITE 5:2

Has anyone else seen the TV adverts for the new Mail rewards? Apparently, they're copying The Sun and doing a Xmas specific promotion. The ad says you collect codes for redemption, so sounds exactly the same as The Sun's offer. Hopefully, it'll be run in conjunction with the current offer.:money:I'm not a friend of Martin's, I AM Martin. Just not THAT Martin. :money:0

here is the information about it.0 -
Perhaps I'm thick, but I don't get it - this is replacing the current scheme then?
"Whilst we hope that everybody who is in our Christmas Club earns one of the fabulous Rewards on offer, if you do miss more than two Unique Numbers you will automatically return to a normal Mail Rewards collection but your numbers will not carry over. If you had between 7 and 13 Unique Numbers in your collection at this time we will send you a £5 Mail Reward Club Card"
So, we now enter codes for 10 weeks, receiving, say, a £15 Tesco card/anything else? But I want Pizza Express fre emeals! Can we choose to opt out of this Xmas club and carry on as normal?:money:I'm not a friend of Martin's, I AM Martin. Just not THAT Martin. :money:0 -

It just an extension / variation of what they've been doing for the last 14 weeks.
BUT it's not AS WELL AS - It's INSTEAD OF - If you choose to do so .... that is ..
The current 5 from 8 for a SILVER or 7 from 8 for the GOLD ......
... becomes a 19 from 21 for a XMAS reward

Step 2 - Select a Christmas Reward
Once you are a member just click on the Rewards page to see the fantastic selection of Rewards on offer. If you wish to join the Christmas Club instead of the normal Mail Rewards collection simply click on one of the Christmas Rewards at the top of the page. Don't worry if you already have Unique Numbers in your current collection, these will be transferred over to your Christmas collection.
Step 3 - Enter your Unique Numbers every week
This is where you need to enter your Unique Numbers each week. If you have chosen to collect for a Christmas Club Reward, your account page will look like the screen on the left and you will have 21 dates in your collection. Simply collect 19 out of 21 Unique Numbers, and register them in date order before midnight on Wednesday each week into your account, and your Reward will be with you within a week of completing your collection and in plenty of time for Christmas. If your account page only has 8 dates on it then you have selected not to join The Christmas Club and are on a normal Mail Rewards collection.
When can I join the Mail Rewards Christmas Club?
You can join and start collecting for Mail Rewards Christmas Club any time from September 17, but you must have joined and registered at least one valid Unique Number for The Mail Rewards Christmas Club before midnight on October 6.
Why do I need to pre-select my Christmas Reward?
You must choose which Reward you would like to collect for by October 6 so that we can ensure we have sufficient stock to send your Reward as soon as you have registered your 19 Unique Numbers and get your Reward to you as quickly as possible.
Can I change my Christmas Reward?
No, once you have made your selection, you will not be able to change the Christmas Reward that you have selected.
What if I miss more than two Unique Numbers or don't collect enough Unique Numbers?
Whilst we hope that everybody who is in our Christmas Club earns one of the fabulous Rewards on offer, if you do miss more than two Unique Numbers you will automatically return to a normal Mail Rewards collection but your numbers will not carry over. If you had between 7 and 13 Unique Numbers in your collection at this time we will send you a £5 Mail Reward Club Card. If you had 14 to 18 Unique Numbers we will send you a £10 Mail Reward Club Card.0 -

I hope we can just carry on with the present system - I want another free meal at Pizza Express too (DH won't be very happy if he has to sit there watching me eat and hope that I'll give him a dough ball!). All the present Rewards are still listed so it looks hopeful. With 3 trips before Chrstmas I haven't got a hope of getting the required 19 out 21 codes.
I expect there will be a rash of people on here begging for codes week after week though!ELITE 5:2

yes you can carry on with the present system. You have to opt into the Christmas option.
I am 3 codes away from the £10 sports direct voucher, it is still showing on my account as my nominated gold reward.0 -
Actually, having looked at the rewards, with the exception of the new LIZ EARLE £44 :rotfl: Gift Set .........
NOTHING HAS CHANGED - EXCEPT they've made 3 of the rewards "CHEAPER" to obtain
7 from 8 could get you a £5 card for Tesco, Zavvi or the Mail's own "HIGH ST" Club card .....
NOW you can get for just 19 (from 21) ...
£15 TESCO - would have been 21 codes for 3 x £5
£20 "HIGH ST" - would have been 28 codes for 4 x £5
£25 ZAVVI - would have been 35 codes for 5 x £5
