I wanna buy a cheap wardrobe

Basically I'm looking for a really cheap double wardrobe and chest of drawers set. I've been moving house and our old house was damp infested and basically the wardrobes crumbled and broke upon moving. I have no storage and very little money, and I don't know where to look! My budget is about £50-60 for both items, which isn't much I know!!! I live in Scotland, if that makes any difference! Thanks loads.

Try https://www.freecycle.org.uk and https://www.dontdumpthat.com first, see if you can get a free one. Free ads papers like https://www.adtrader.co.uk and https://www.ad-mag.com next for cheap second hand ones. Next best bet probably Ikea or Argos.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200

Try IKEA. Their furniture is very reasonably priced.

    Ikea isnt reasonably priced.

I saw the claims but go and try and buy it for that. the wardrobe doors I bought were £35 each the frame was about £60 then you need to buy shelves and handles for the doors.

They do have some very cheap sets of drawers £30 ish but it doesnt leave you much to get the wardrobe.

I think your only option is to look at the frame systems with a fabric cover just to keep stuff off the floor then buy somthing better when you have the spare cash.

I agree with trying freecycle and dontdumpthat. Also look around for your local auction rooms. Everyone is wild for Ikea and Argos etc, so 'brown' i.e. traditional furniture is going cheaper than ever. Well it is where I live. HTH :)
