i'm in again, thanks for the lists dustykitten and juliejim

havent really flown since last wednesday when friends dh popped round and said hed tile the floor the next day so frantic rush to get rest of tiles up and all appliances out once the new floor was laid we decided to repaint the walls before taking everything back in. so its now cream instead of dirty terracotta, but that meant scrubbing down and sugarsoaping everywhere first. so it was a really busy 5 days. everything is now back in-just a few bits that need tweaking but will catch up with them around flying or i'll get behind everywhere else.

this week
go with mil to drs appt
dh doing martial arts demo
ds at a science show
govs meeting X2
usual school clubs for ds
dd2 birthday need to make cake
dentist appt for crown prep -me
dh 2 days hols to use up

wm doing first load in 5 days it has been so weird not being able to wash while it was disconnected. it will be busy today but at least the suns out
have done the pack ups and seen the boys off to school just got to nip shops then will start on lists

Well.. the small children were quite beastly over the weekend.. but I got cards and gifts and sweets and flowers so, it was partly my fault they were beasts for not being as mean as I usually am.. DS3 was by far the most annoying seeking out siblings to irritate.. I still put up a FB status thank them all for my pressies...

I woke up this morning to DD1's reply...

We love you too! And I suppose I should publicly admit that you're an ace mum and although it took me a few years I understand now a lot of things you did that made me tantrum were for my own good and the who...le pregnancy thing would be a lot more scary if I didn't have you. I would've likely thrown myself off a cliff before today just to stop myself feeling so naff if you hadn't realised and brought me baubles and sprogs, that made my month ^.^
You aren't perfect, so don't go getting a big head because your feet stink but I honestly don't know what I'd do without you♥

Which has made me feel even more sad for DS1's gf having just lost her mum and 19 weeks pregnant... but very grateful I am here to be with my children.

I might go do something productive... like cuppa and shower.. I just needed to share!

Morning all. I'm in again this week, will not get much done today as got college (need to go in a mo), then I'm dropping some of my clutter off at a dementia unit as they want some items to make the place feel more homely, then it's parents eve and collect DD from Rainbows. Might not get chance to cook dinner so might succumb to the easiness of McDs yuck!

However, halls and stairs not too bad.

thanks to FCC for the lists I really do appreciate that your here when I need you:A I will try to stay around all week now I have internet connection it should be a bit easier although I still need to find a free computer device of some sort when the kids are in:mad:

Clear the floors and hoover them
15 minutes tidying this area
Dust any fluffy surfaces
Clean the downstairs loo and basin
Deep Cleaning
Wipe some paint work
Clean a window or two
HHI

Decluttering
Hotspot, seek them out and destroy them
15 minutes deleting emails/favourites, old word documents, blurry photos you choose
Sort out the hall or understairs cupboard

pigpen - your DD1's reply is so sweet! Sorry to hear about DS1's gf's mum:(. Very sad...

Things like that really put a different prospective in life. I was going to have a little moan about being poorly for a few weeks now, but it just feels so irrelevant right now. I hope things work out for them.

Hi all. Pottering around and doing my own lists so hence I've been missing from the thread pretty much. House is looking very good so system is working although today kitchen is a Sh... tip:eek: and dining room table is one BIIIG hotspot:o

Just finishing a cuppa, girls at school, dog walked, wm on need to sort out the kitchen OH and girls were incharge of tea last night but i need to tidy up the mess.
