Accessing funds within a small pension pot?

Got £15k in a small Aegon pension and haven't paid in for years.
Getting hold of this £15k would go a long way to clearing my mortgage, any ideas about how I could go about getting hold of this perhaps via a SIPP?

You'd really need to write to them and see if you can actually access the funds.
I tried to get money out of a small pension that I had when I worked for a company for around a year (you were supposed to be able to transfer it to a new employer, but as they had their own pension, they wouldn't let me) and I was told there is no way I can access it.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
