if im discharged without a IPA etc, can i be gifted a asset ie a car, with no further problems ie as a discharge its out of the OR hands.

Thank you, in the end i got fed up and went with the co op and changed my contents ins as well to them ,i have found the co op through my whole process to be excellent.
