Certificate of Discharge

What is the earliest possible date to apply for a certificate of discharge ? I´ve been told it´s 2 weeks prior to your AD. Is it true...?

Usually AFTER discharge..any reason though why you want a discharge notice from the court?? most OR's offices will send you confirmation if you ask..and creditors are usually hapy with a screen grab/print off of the insolvency database page showing your details

    Guys,don´t get me wrong:

The question is: Can somebody confirm, that it is true, that you can contact the court 2 weeks prior to AD to apply for a certificate of discharge ? Of course they would send you the certificate only on the day of discharge.

    Any experience with that ?
  • Why not ring the court and ask? Advice was given above that discharge certificate is usually given after discharge.
