I get a pension from gkn if I die my spouse receives a pension of £4200.sadly I lost my wife 10 years ago does this die with her.

Do you mean that you work for GKN, that your pension includes a widow's benefit, and that you are wondering if this would still be the case if you were to remarry?
Or that you are currently receiving a pension and are thinking of remarriage?

Yes i do do recieve a pension of gkn I wondered weather the spouses side of my pension was transferable.

The scheme rules may allow the widows pension to be transferred if you remarry, you should contact the pension direct to ask them.

This sounds like it could be one of two questions:

1) Can the spouse's pension be paid to a new spouse?
A: It depends on the rules of the scheme. As The Canny Saver points out, you should contact the scheme administrators and ask.

2) Can I transfer the spouse's pension to another pension arrangement?
A: No. It's a part of your pension, and if you have no spouse it simply doesn't apply.
