I bought a bag of ready made perogies from Lidl yesterday (on offer) & have no idea how to cook them (I'm having them instead of roasies for a change) & the instructions on the pack are so small I cant read them even with my reading glasses!

I have never tried the Lid! ones, but have cooked them in the past by dropping them in a pan of simmering water and when they rise to the top they are cooked (a bit like potato gnocchi). Not sure if they would work frying them - sorry.

That sounds gorgeous. I know it's too late for you now Spike, but for anyone else for future reference, this was available on kindle for free today. I downloaded it, but didn't even know what they were. Now I've read your last post Spike, think I may actually try to make some!

    Passionate about pierogies.
