Hi guys, just picked mine up and it's missing the tap! Came wrapped in a loose plastic bag which I thought it was odd.
The stand and diverted were inside the butt, but no tap to be seen.
Did you get yours in a box at all?
    Ta

Good thing you asked this because I just went to check mine and it doesn't have a tap either :/ It also came wrapped in a plastic bag. Thanks for making me check mine because I wasn't going to use it soon because of a house move and then it would be too late to return it.
Goal: Win a car (or cash to buy one :))! -- Haha goal from when I was a student. Never actually won this but got a good job instead.

    What I achieved:
    Car paid in full straightaway.
    Two properties fully paid. Wohhoooo!

We just picked one up from argos fir the £19.99' then popped into homebase to get some plants, exactly the same make and model, £34.99. Even argos full price at £27.99 , yet they both are the same company selling the same stuff, homebase ripoff! At £19.99 they are making a big profit, and £34.99 they are ripping people off.
And yes mine came in a loose see thro bag, but everything is there.bet it doesnt rain now! When ever i buy something for the garden the opposite happens, water but = no rain, garden furniture = no sun!

Afm, I wrote to the manufacturer (Argos didn't have anymore in stock) and they are sending me a replacement tap. Either pm me or google 'strata nothungham'. You will get the restaurant chain first but lower down the page the company that makes these. I fill a contact us form and they replayed straight away.

Just to let everyone know that these are for sale at Home Bargains for £14.99. Saw them in Thornaby's store. It's exactly the same water butt.
