I was also concerned as the terms and conditions state prize must be claimed within 28 days or will be redrawn.So i emailed them yesterday and got this reply this morning.Were sorry you haven't heard from us please send us your name, address, D.O.B, email address and telephon number and we will pass it onto the competion promo team and we'll get the cheque sent out to you, I'll leave it now for a few days and then i'll contact them again. Fingers crossed Happy Comping

hiya what did you put on the email to them and did you use the contact form? or a separate email?

i emailed them and they just said i should hear in 5-7 days been agggges now. i wanna go spending haha!

I still havent heard from them so I am going to try use a contact form on their site or find an email address as it has been 1 1/2 weeks now.

can u use same coded numerous times? lost count of whic ones i used?

I do. At first I used various but then stuck to the same. I dont believe any of the codes are unique and it is a random selection so it doesnt really matter which one you use. GL!!
