My boyfriend just had what appears to be a WEM, but I can't believe it's real until I know for sure. It says they'll contact to confirm details - how long does it take them to get in contact & how do they get in contact?

It sounds real to me - they contact you by phone to confirm your details in a few days but may be delayed by Easter break Thanks to all OP's your efforts are much appreciated :A0 -
