How is this particulars of claim?

Hiya! Posted a couple of times about a situation my boyfriend is in.
Long story short, he and this girl rented a flat together, she couldn't be bothered paying for anything, left the flat with no notice owing my boyfriend a considerable amount of money and now he's left with a flat he can't afford. She won't reply to any form of contact and we sent her a letter of intent just over a month ago.
All that we have left to do now is file an N1 form. However, I'm a bit stuck on the particulars of claim! Could anyone with knowledge about this let me know if this is ok?
Thanks so much again for any help anyone can give me!
1. On the 15th September 2012, the claiment and the defendant both signed a 12-month joint tenancy agreement to rent a flat at the following address: ADDRESS
2. On this date, the claiment and the defendant came to an oral agreement that they would be liable each for half the rent, council tax, utilities and other miscelleneous expenses pertaining to living at the flat. The money would be paid directly by the claiment and the defendant would pay the claiment their share.
3. During the course of the tenancy, the defendant did not pay for various expenses in full as agreed, as outlined in an attached document.
4. The claiment claims:
a) The return of the amount owed by the defendant of the sum of £1302.18
b) Half the cost of the rent of the flat until the flat is re-let by the letting agency, to the sum of £250 per month.
c) The full cost of the charge from the letting agency to re-let the flat once a replacement tenant is found, invoiced at £299.00 as attached.
