I'm just reading the T&Cs- they state that:
"Entrants will receive their gift by post within [28] days of the closing date."
(the closing date being 30th April)

Went out and bought a box of Persil (not my normal brand) entered the code, website didnt work so just froze wouldnt even allow me to submit form so I emailed Persil they sent back a reply asking me to phone them to discuss issues with website quoting my code which I since misplaced as didnt expect trouble just an appology and book is in the post. I have been trying to get through but its impossible. So much for customer services Looks like no free book here then.

Anyone any spare codes so I can try again please? Thanks.
