Survey box should flash up when you go on to website. Complete the survey - took me about 5 mins.

I didn't spot an end date so i have put end march - if anyone spots it let me know.

I've checked forum so hopefully not dupe.

This is the same survey which has been posted from the netdoctor site here (they're both part of Hearst). It'll probably be on other sites in the group too which makes it hard to search for unfortunately.

I'll ask for a merge
