New Job: To Stay or To Go?

I am after you're thoughts, from personal experience and anything else you would like to say!

I recently started a job as a Supervisory role however as I was unhappy about the pressure as a Supervisor along side other factors I handed in my notice.
Management have said they are happy to employ me as full time in a non-supervisory post. This is something I am thinking about.

My factors for saying no are: I do not have time to complete all my assisgnments for part time degree.

My factors for saying yes are: The company is big, meaning if a vacancy arises there is movement for me to apply for a supervisory role.
