Advice Please
I am currently on a halifax svr at 3.5%, due to the announcements, i have enquired to see what rates are available i have been offered a 2 year fixed at 3.74% but in the condition it states after the two years will revert to a halifax homeowner variable rate. What is the differnce from a svr?
thanks for your advice:eek:
