New to here and help needed

I am in a mess and worry constantly - I have Debt of about 25K and although at the minute payments are up to date not sure how long I can continue this - I am paying out £500 more per month than I earn!!
However in 3 years I can retire and get a nice payout wich would clear all my debts. Its just the next three years I constantly worry about.
What should I do?

Perhaps post a SOA asking for help with your budget/debts.
