Remortgaging question- residential to buy to let

Options
Hi all

I'm trying to convert my residential mortgage to buy to let. I was going to go for Consent to Lease with halifax but their rates are high.
I have LTV of around 68%. I was wondering how long it normally takes to remortgage. I see a lot of banks are offering free legal and valuation but I'm thinking that using their own services may take longer.
I'm in the process of buying another property with a residential mortgage which is why I need it to be done fairly quickly.

Thanks

AFAIK free legals and free valuation don't normally apply to BTL remortgage cases. Do you have a lender/product in mind we could look at?
