Private Pension Transfer

I'm considering transfering my private pension scheme as I have left my employer. However, here it comes the difficult part. I'm a Brazilian national and would like to tranfer to a brazilian pension fund scheme. Is that possible? What are the alternatives so when I move back to Brazil I can have my private pension transfer to a Brazilian pension funds?
