Paid for 276kWh of leccy and 67 units (2110kWh) gas in Jan :D

    Good news. My DD = £59.00 a month:T ....
    Hi

For comparison, January 2015 .... Electricity 134kWh (equal lowest with 2012) & Gas 98kWh (lowest). DD is £27/month and is currently around £5 too high ....

No gas used for space heating in January, but with the current cold spell continuing the log-burner's not been keeping up (my fault, I've been keeping warm tidying the garden in the mornings for the last few days and not been lighting the fire until early afternoon) so it needed a little help today, 75minutes and the hall thermostat cut-out ...

It was my best day of the Year yesterday (Sun) and my second best day of the Month today (Mon)
Pleased to report that my Monday was even better than Sunday (4.5kWh rather than 4.25).

Hoping that trend continues and we have a heatwave by 28th :D

.. :D .... We don't mind the house being cooler than average, but MrsZ has her limits ... 20.2C where I'm sitting at the moment, making the best use of plenty of solar gain and the log-burner currently belting it out in the next room with all internal doors open ...

I leave my air to water heat pump on 24/7, set to 21.5C inside temp and it cost £52 for January for space heating & hot water :j

Actually a little less as some of the daytime energy will have come from the PV.

Averaging 1.418 Os this month so far, aiming to average 1.60 Os to hit PVGIS.

Not too bad, it's early days yet and they will be getting longer as the month goes on.
