My Nov wasn't quite the worst ever November. 101.15 kWh this month; only 100.30 in 2011. Compared to the pvgis forecasts, that's 12% less than my 'entitlement' - though I tend not to get very excited about figures at this time of year as the shallow panel angle and shade from nearby trees (even without leaves they cause some shade around 10am) means my expectations are pretty low. I have to content myself with looking back on the summer and forward to spring.

    What can one say....
    Novembers:
    2011 10.64 O's (system install on 22nd of Nov '11)
    2012 33.96 O's
    2013 39.56 O's
    2014 32.04 O's
Today will end with Lecci bill at £18.34 despite using £31.70p excl. VAT...emoticon-cartoon-024.gif
    Total today......O for an O exactly 1.00 O's......coffee.gif

Edit: Thank goodness for me WineBuddy; and it is good....smiley-laughing021.gif
2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.
Reg. for FIT Nov 2011. "It's not what you generate; it's how you use it that matters". One very clean Vauxhall Diesel Sri, £30.00 Road Tax: B)

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

Blimey! Dismal numbers for November - have to agree with Dave F, only hit 65% for the month :(

Month PVGIS Target Actual %age Target
    November 2014 137.00 89.382 65.24%
    Best day was 1/11 - 8.27 kWh or 2.07 ho's
    Worst day 26/11 - 0.209 kWh or 0.05 ho's!!!

I did more than 50% of monthly total in first 9 days!

With 3 1/2 months to go, I've got more than 700kWh to do to hit target! Can't see it happening at this rate!!

Can we just pretend that November never happened? Just 137kWh produced over 3 systems, that's including the combined 7kWh generated today

Looking on the BBC weather prediction for the beginning of December....dear oh dear....can we forget December as well.

Still, 3 weeks and the days draw out...can't come soon enough if you ask mesmiley-sad030.gif

The total for November came out at 57.62 kWh (28.81 Os), which is my second worst November

    Nov 2011: 61.46
    Nov 2012: 72.56
    Nov 2013: 55.83
    Nov 2014: 57.62

This is 30% below my SAF PVGIS prediction of 82.20 kWh, but I start to suffer significantly from shading from November, so this is no great surprise.

Best day: 4th, 5.62 kWh (although the 29th was second best at 4.10)
    Worst day: 26th, 0.27 kWh.
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.
