Well i've had a couple of Hawaii's so far this year,
Had one today in fact, here's my latest:beer:
WNW 4.2kWh(1.68 O's)
ESE 3.3kWh(1.68 O's)
SSW 5.22kWh(2.55 O's)
Combined 5.91 O's :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Not bad to say it persisted it down this morning:D2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -

tunnel. Is your "O" total correct? You made 12.72kWh ÷ by 6.5 = 1.9 O's:think:
I made 3.2 O's today (12.8kWh) best day for months:beer:16 Sanyo Hit 250s.4kWp SMA 3.8kWp inverter. SW roof. 28° pitch. Minimal shade. Nov 2011 install. Hybrid car. Ripple Kirk Hill. N.E Lincs Coast.0 -

Bummer, I was hoping for the first;Well done, have this on me:bdaycake: Just for the cheek of your calculation...
A sad 3.92 O's but the true Hawaii for me; is soon to appear....2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

You Sir, are a cad! A dirty down rotten scoundrel, and what's more, you're an O thief. Yes, I said it, you are an Onapper. I bet you're behind all the missing bitcoins too!
Is there nothing virtual, that isn't virtually vulnerable to such virtual vulgarity?
Any more of this nonsense and you'll have to answer to [STRIKE]lord Voldermort[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Lord Vader[/STRIKE] Lord Vestor!
Ok, I may have lost it. Back to virtual reality, or as close as I'll ever manage. Got 2 Os today, and closed week 1 with month estimating 101%, so ok so far.
Weather forecast for next seven days is wall to wall sunshine, and they're never wrong ...... I may have lost it again. Must go back to Carling, meths just isn't working.
Mart.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Just the one O today(or thereabouts), thought I'd better not try cheating today as tomorrow looks like it may be Hawaii day(at least on one of my systems anyway)
Back to reality, bottoms up Oscar2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
You can keep your preferences to yourself.
3.36 0's today; Tunnel will be correct, a Hawaii the morrow....for me anyway.....2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Mart.
So, one of the main promoters of the 'O' are calling me Lord Vestor for just pointing out just how meaningless the 'O' is.
Ignoring they themselves can't even seem to get the simple maths of it right! :T (Not just you now oscargrouch who can't do simple maths)
Yet, they continue to promote it to people new here (or don't know better) that it is somehow meaningful in comparing different systems on here.
It seems I'll just continue doing the (Really Evil) thing of pointing out it is a meaningless way of comparing different systems (especially on a daily basis).0 -

Whilst the money I get from FITs is of great interest to me, the fact that one system generated £1.40 and the other £4.86 would not be a good way of comparing the systems as far as how well they are working.
To me the efficiency of the two systems is also very important; it shows the relative performance of the two systems. Hence I tend to compare the Os of the two systems rather than how much money they have generated.
From the efficiency figures I am able to recommend (or not) the two quite different generation systems.
