Not ling until the shortest day! (probably followed by 2 months of dunkelflaute)

It's being so cheerful wot keeps me going.

Apparently, due to the complexities of orbital mechanics, the earliest sunset has already happened? Mornings will still get later but the evenings have stopped drawing in.
