Lovely day yesterday with a mighty 5.62 O's for me, and a month end projection of 104%.
Very rare for me to get a maiden, maybe one every two years or so. I think yesterday's 49kWh is about our max, unless we get one of the rare sunny days with a cold wind blowing, which doesn't look on the cards.
Great week ahead.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.
For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.6 -
I'm jealous of all these high sixes...
Can someone knock down my neighbours 3 storey house, or at least take the top floor off for me?
I probably should have put the solar array at the top of the roof line and perhaps more to one side.
It looks nice and centered so it is asthetically pleasing, but it'd probably perform slightly better higher up and shifted away from the taller house.
The installers asked me where on the roof to put the panels (despite there already being a design document) but didn't hint as to why they were asking the question.

This was the main reason for going for a SolarEdge system. Thankfully it was the reason, A Shade Greener turned me down when I knew nothing about Solar!
I have discussed on a few occasions that one day I might blow it up!3.795 kWp Solar PV System. Capital of the Wolds4
