Is everyone else heading for way below PVGIS forecasts this year, or should I take it personally? We seem to have had thick cloud overhead for 3/4 of the year. Looking like less than 3300kWh instead of the target 4560 (which we nearly made last year, despite it not being the best). Is it just down to the gloom, or should I get the solar surgeons out to see if they can find a problem?
Worst year (since 2011 install) by miles.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

It will just beat 2013 but it's the worst year apart from that, including years when I had scaffolding and inverter failures to contend with.
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

Don't laugh, but I've had loads of inverter issues this year, with upgrades and changes. And scaffolding up for the last month, around our chimney, and over our panels too.

    2024 turning into a bit of a 'Carry On', farce  :'( .

But I still love it, only moaning playfully (ish).
