I thought I was having a bad day. 0.57kWh or 0.073 Os.Worst October day in the 6 Octobers since installation of my panels.Northern Lincolnshire. 7.8 kWp system, (4.2 kw west facing panels , 3.6 kw east facing), Solis inverters, Solar IBoost water heater, Mitsubishi SRK35ZS-S and SRK20ZS-S Wall Mounted Inverter Heat Pumps, ex Nissan Leaf owner)1

To celebrate last night I had the Washing machine, Tumble dryer and Dishwasher all going at once. No point waiting for the sun as its now on holiday for the next 2 weeks!

we are on 🐙Go (sorry I’ve said this a lot on here I know) so every night between 12:30 - 4:30AM we charge solar battery, charge EV, and all three you mention above.We do it staggered and the battery charges at 75% charging power to try and extend the life of the battery somewhat 🤞🏻Lancashire

Battery has never been an option for us as we are low users of Electricity. Since we invested in Solar we have paid for 19113 kWh of which only 3.2k kWh in the last 2 years. Will never buy an Electric car until they start off at a sensible price which in my mind is less than 20K.

There's plenty of EVs, under 2 years old, for under £20k. Let someone pay for the initial heavy depreciation.
