Slightly better than the typical May 2023 day.

    4.14 O's

Around 5 kWh behind PVGIS for the month. But still about 13% ahead for the year after 139 days. :)

2 weeks shy of a full years solar and today has been a record day.
6.6O's which is over 28kw produced.
Lower peak produced but a smooth curve that meant the sunlight just kept coming.

@Merlin139 9 years that's awesome! I got my panels only yesterday. Can you explain what a maiden is please?

My solar generation today is just over 6.01 O's. I believe that's a brilliant start!

We have also noticed that we have been importing from the grid when we have a full battery. Does anybody else experience this?

I believe a “maiden over” in cricket is 0 runs for 6 balls.
You’ll find that your inverter is often a little behind the grid when you turn on an electrical item but the inverter and battery should soon take over. If you have a couple of items such as an electric kettle, the oven and a ring on the stove switched on at the same time the draw on the system is higher than the inverter is rated for so the grid tops up the required power. You need to experiment in what can work together a bit like they did in the film Apollo 13.
