April has started better than expected! Seriously, the Met Office were forecasting a bit of broken sun at 8am then cloud all day. A very unexpected 4.8 O's yesterday. Clouds causing multiple spikes of 6+kw which battery and inverter seem to consume without issue.

A 'can't be sniffed at' wink yesterday - 4.32 O's, and 3.90 O's on the 31st.

What a weird day yesterday was. Some people had snow, we had ice in the morning, surprisingly cold. But able to pop the small heat pump on by 7.30 (all PV). Then Wifey switched it off about 5.30 as we were only generating about 200W. Fair enough. Then I looked at the generation displays and they were 80W ESE and 120W WNW ....... NO ... 1.20kW WNW, didn't expect that, and stayed high enough to leave the HP on till 6.30.
1st of April delivered our first Wink of the year with 4.05 O's.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Oops forgot March results.
Seemed like a warm March, low heating.
Good month with 106% of target. Negligible spread, with 107% for the ESE and 106% for the WNW.
Generated 387.5kWh (69.44 O's).
Imported 542kWh.
Exported 219kWh.
Consumed 711kWh.
Gas was ~506kWh. Low start to the year, Q1 consumption approx 2,134kWh.
Really bad leccy month, with high import and export. Lots of BEV driving by Wifey due to family illness so home charging on E7 night rate, hardly any opportunities to charge on PV. Lots of heatpump use though, largely PV, which knocked down gas consumption.
Looks like annual leccy consumption will be around 5,800kWh, up from ~3,000kWh prior to BEV's and small heatpumps.
