3.1 O's for yesterday and 4.34 today. SE stopped reporting on 30th July and I await a visit from the installers due Tuesday. Some people have to have a holiday after all. Anyway, subsequently taken to visiting the garage each evening to obtain the last two figures. Today surpassed 33MWh's since installation.

Oh yes, my solar stats. For 8 days (7th to 14th inclusive):78.28kWh, 28.78 O's. A daily average of 3.60 O's!
You'll find it varies; you'll use a much higher fraction in the winter, when you're not generating much, but only a small fraction in the summer. 30% is a good working estimate until you get some real numbers.Spies said:What's everyone's self use? As light gets low, does generation suddenly go from say 150w to zero because they drop under the startup voltage of the inverter? And vice versa as the sun's coming up?4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.1 -

Today was pretty dull and gloomy so I'm quite pleased with the generation numbers.8.11kWh, 2.98 O's.
Pretty much. In my case there's a period after dawn (and another, before dusk) where the inverter actually *draws* a few watts of power; it's light enough to wake the inverter up but not light enough for the panels to be productive.
