Had my system since June 2015 and it's just nudged over the 20mwh mark today.  14 x 250watt panels.  It's also just about paid for itself by my calculations.
Just noticed ours hit 23MWh last month, installed January 2012.

    Bit better today, 3.77 O's.
Worser than that here:  3.000 O's

Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).

All being well I should make it to 25MWh this month; my system's a year older than @Petriix 's but only 11/12ths the size.
